RETURNING TEAM MANAGER REQUIREMENTS CHECKLIST

STEP 1: Registering as a Volunteer with LMSA

• At the upper right corner of our website (www.lamiradasoccerassociation.org/) select sign in (If you have never signed up, select "Register")
  

• Once Logged in, select the "Volunteer" tab and then locate the button that states "Register and Volunteer"

• Select the correct season and division you are volunteering for.

STEP 2: Live Scan Background Check (18yrs+ only)  (IF YOU COMPLETED THIS STEP IN A PREVIOUS SEASON, SKIP TO THE NEXT STEP)

• Contact LMSA Registrar (Susie Carbajal) at [email protected] or 562-640-0041 to request a time to complete Live Scan.

STEP 3: SafeSport Refresher Training

• Register and complete SafeSport Refresher training here. (30 Minutes)
  

  
  

STEP 4: Concussion & Sudden Cardiac Arrest (IF YOU COMPLETED THIS STEP IN A PREVIOUS SEASON, SKIP TO THE NEXT STEP)

• Complete both trainings within the course called: Introduction to Safe and Healthy Playing Environments– Click Here (25 minutes)

STEP 4: Obtain La Mirada Live Scan Validation License

• This license is issued from the La Mirada City validating the successful completion of your live scan performed in step 2.  We will submit completed live scans weekly to the La Mirada City and upon confirmation, we will notify you via email that your license is ready for pickup at the La Mirada Resource Center. (This license is cost free).
